Inner Child Discovery
The hardest part with this work is to become vulnerable enough to heal. Many of us have experienced trauma in childhood. The thought of re-discovering our inner child can be scary (to say the least)! And yet when we address these emotional wounds, we heal. Our true self begins to thrive. Happiness is not just a word, we learn self-love and happiness follows. Discovering our inner children is the first step to healing deep emotional wounds. It allows us to remove the masks and be our true self. It allows us to live in the moment, without fear.
